Bitam and Strategy Execution Consulting offer Balanced Scorecard Seminar

Monterrey, Mexico – November 2007. For individuals interested in the balanced scorecard tool, Bitam was joined by Strategy Execution Consulting to present an executive seminar entitled “Balanced Scorecard: Step by Step”.

The seminar took place November 15 and 16, 2007 at the Hotel Camino Real in Monterrey, Mexico. Gerardo Ariel Pustelnik, Consultant and General Director at Strategy Execution Consulting, presented an informative session regarding the methodology of designing an organizational strategic map, the Balanced Scorecard initiative, and measuring business strategic objectives.
