Bitam Announces Acquisition of KPI Online

Reston, VA – March 2009. Bitam, a leading provider of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software, is pleased to announce it has acquired KPI Online, online service provider of Business Intelligence and analytical tools via a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

Bitam will employ the KPI Online service to improve upon its SaaS offering by providing its EPM software, including Business Intelligence, Strategic Planning and Financial Planning on several business platforms, such as revenue, inventory, financial, etc.

The KPI Online service will provide organizations with the Bitam pre-built dashboards and analytical tools, such as forecasting and trending. These tools will enable organizations to access and visualize their data and perform ad-hoc analysis in order to make effective business decisions. Companies using the Bitam KPI Online technology and infrastructure will have access to Business Intelligence analytics in minutes, not days or weeks. To assist organizations using the most important Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Quick Books, etc, Bitam will also provide communication drivers to connect these systems to the Bitam EPM software.
