One Page Management

One Page Management is a planning and performance system that links planning with strategy and accountability. It has been described by many authors in many different ways since 1989, but they all converge in one same purpose: bringing focus to every member of the organization on accomplishing their strategic objectives. 

The One Page Management (OPM) methodology is able to bring together objectives and plans into scorecards and progress reports, adding more knowledge to the balanced scorecard concept.

Based on three one-page reports, this system is able to define objectives, responsibilities and resources needed to carry out the strategic plan of the company. Additionally, communication must be present at all times during the process so that responsibility and commitment spread among all the employees.
