Planning
In close collaboration with our customers, consulting services begin with defining the project strategy and scope. Key players are also defined at this stage. With this information in hand, we prepare a detailed project plan with tasks, including duration and resources, and submit it for the approval of both parties. |

User Requirements Analysis
Identifying all user requirements and evaluating their priorities are key tasks in designing a successful solution. This phase requires gaining familiarity with the users' environment by analyzing current reports, information systems, connectivity maps, and organizational charts. Once this is done, we continue with the definition of the project objectives, expectations, scope, and resources. |
Once the user environment and the project scope have been determined, we work with key business sponsors to identify metrics, dimensions, and business rules to evaluate performance in their domain. We focus on how Bitam can improve information analysis
and propose a draft analytical model for approval.
Subsequently, we identify technical requirements and data base connectivity for data mapping. All of these tasks are included in the documentation we submit to your project sponsor.

Design and Installation
After documenting the scope and requirements, we begin our design phase. We use our product suite and perform thorough testing with customer data before installing the solution on site. Upon installation, we verify that the entire solution works in conformity with the design and requirements but most importantly, we ensure that the application meets or exceeds your business objectives to maximize your return on investment. Once the installation is completed and verified, we provide training to the IT department so technical management control can be transferred to the customer. Or, if the customer prefers, control can remain with our technical support group. |

Implementation and Documentation
In this last phase, we provide training to end users ensuring business users can begin working with the BI solution immediately. As a final step, we prepare and supply end-user and implementation documentation to the customer team enabling them to easily modify or scale the solution according to their evolving needs. |
