During the 8° Business Intelligence Forum 2008, Bitam presented the benefits of their next generation BI solution, Bitam G6, along with Stratego®, Bitam’s Strategic Performance Management solution, which provides organizations the ability to measure their enterprise performance against corporate goals and objectives.

Bitam’s client, Collosa, a construction firm founded in Castilla-Leon, showed the ease of use of Stratego and its Balanced Scorecard capability.  Using scorecards and strategy maps, Collosa can define strategies, communicate accountability and responsibility, monitor performance against objectives and initiatives, and analyze results to determine cause and affect relationships.

Bitam presented, “Management and Development of the Balanced Scorecard To Guarantee Your Strategy Compliance,” at the annual Balanced Scorecard Symposium, held in Spain.  This presentation discussed how Bitam’s solutions integrate strategic, financial, and operational information across the enterprise, giving employees at all levels access to the data they need to make the best decisions and to understand their business cycles.
