Luis Roux
Chief Product Officer
Mr. Roux has been the CIO and head of Research & Development of Bitam since 2000. He was a founder of BFT and the developer of the Papiro application. Previously, he was the firm’s Software Consulting Services Director since 1996. He has also been a consultant for Object Oriented Technology, where his clients included Sprint, EIMCO, IBM, USAAA, USWest and Amaritech. Mr. Roux holds a Master in Organizational Development from the University of Monterrey, a degree in Finance from the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives, and a bachelor degree from the Higher Education Institute of Tamaulipas.

Manuel López
Chief Operational Officer
Mr. López has been the COO and head of Professional Services for Bitam since November 2007. Previously, he was VP Sales of Gopac Solutions since 1993 to 2007. With 15 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) and Business Intelligence (BI) space, both in the commercial and technical side, he has managed complex BI projects in various industries, such as retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, financial and distribution. Mr. López holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the West Institute of Technology and Higher Education at Guadalajara and a postgraduate diploma in Innovation and Technology from IPADE. He also participated in a Data Warehouse Life Cycle course presented by Kimball University.

Claudia Gil
Solution Director
Mrs. Gil has been in Bitam since 2000 occupying several executive positions within the company. She has been Project Leader, Quality Control Manager, Training and Documentation Development Manager, Director of Data Mart Factory and since the beginning of this year, Solution Director. Previously, she worked in the IT department of Petrocel, a division of the Alfa Group and in CIE as a Training Manager. Mrs. Gil holds a degree in Computer and Administrative Systems from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and is Microsoft Office Certified.

Sergio Garza
VP of Sales
Mr. Garza has been VP of Sales of Bitam since 2000. He was a founder and CEO of BFT, one of the two companies that partnered to create Bitam. Previously, he was CEO of Informática y Control. Mr. Garza holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.

Jenaro Guillén
General Director of Europe
Mr. Guillén has been General Director of Europe at Bitam since 2004. 
Previously, he was employed as Consultancy Director of Getronics and Grupo CP before the company was acquired by Getronics from 1989 to 2003, where he was led the Business Intelligence and ERP practice areas. He was also Consultancy Manager of the industry and finance fields in ENTEL (now INDRA). Mr. Guillén holds a degree in Industrial Organization of the High Superior School of Industrial Engineers.

Juan Carlos García
Business Development Director of Europe
Juan Carlos García has been Business Development Director of Bitam Europe since 2004. He has occupied executive positions in technology and service organizations, such as Getronics Spain, CP Software, Grupo Control Presupuestario, Indra and Peugeot Spain. He holds a degree in Law and Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Comillas in Madrid and Executive Management from the IESE Business School.

Miguel Damián
Latin America Director
Miguel Damián has been Latin America Director of Bitam since November 2007. He had tenures at other technology organizations including Hewlett Packard and Omniscope. His 15 years of experience in Operations and Sales Management has enabled Mr. Damián to be of great asset in contract negotiation, corporate performance, and business development. He holds a degree in Cybernetics and Computing Systems Engineering from La Salle University, a Master in Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, and an ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification.

Marcela Villarreal
Marketing Manager
Marcela Villarreal has been Marketing Manager since February 2007, playing a role in developing and communicating the company's vision and strategy, as well as creating lead generation campaigns. She has been an important contributor to the marketing, advertising and research strategies of other high scale companies, such as Casas Javer and R. Treviño & Asociados, where her clients included McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Gigante and the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. Mrs. Villarreal holds a degree in Marketing with a Communications emphasis from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.
